Controller
Meds Apotek AB (559093-4575) is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy. We are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish data protection legislation.
What we collect
When you use this upload service, we process the following data:
- Email address - provided when requesting an upload link
- Supplier ID - provided when requesting an upload link
- Uploaded files - submitted via the upload interface
- IP address - logged automatically by our infrastructure when you access the service
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in order to operate a secure and functional supplier file submission service, and to fulfil our contractual obligations to our suppliers.
How we use it
The data collected is used solely to validate your identity as an authorised supplier, deliver your upload link, receive and process your submitted files, and maintain security logs. We do not use your data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties outside of our organisation, except where required by law.
Storage and retention
All data is stored within the European Economic Area. IP address logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days. Uploaded files are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were submitted, after which they are deleted in accordance with our internal data retention policy.

This website does not use cookies. No tracking, analytics, or session data is stored on your device.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.
